When sending your microphone to me make sure that you put your name, address, phone number, and email address inside the box along with your microphone.

If your microphone is a tube microphone and requires a power supply, make sure that you also send the supply and cable.

Please purchase a return label and put it in with your shipment when you ship your microphone to me. This will assure an immediate return after repairs are made.

My turn around time is usually within 1 week and when the repairs are done, I will contact you and you can either send me a check or money order, or you can pay me through PayPal for a few dollars more due to PayPal fees. A lot of my clients prefer to use PayPal because they can use a credit card and it is faster.
